In order to save natural resources, DAH KEE has been involving in alternator and starter remanufacture industry for 28 years. All our products are rebuilt with genuine cores and bad parts will be replaced by new.

Used Cores ⇒ Disptaching ⇒ Component Function Testing ⇒ Cleaning / Washing ⇒ Part Allocation ⇒ Part Testing ⇒ Sandblasting / Coil Painting ⇒ Assembly ⇒ Functin Testing ⇒ DV Test ⇒ Packing
How it works
Similar to OE production, remanufactruing works under completely program to ensure products quality has been met:
1. Dispatching
The defective units go through a fully dispatching process.The broken parts which can not be fixed are disposed of.
2. Cleaning
Every seperated parts are cleaning by hot water individually.
3. Sorting & Testing
Cleaned parts are sorted by categories, and they are subjected to be tested with equipment. We discard the parts which cannot meet re-usable standard, and keep re-usable parts.
4. Recondition & Replacement
Re-usable parts are reconditioned. For example, sandblasting alumi parts and painting stators, Discard parts are replaced by new.
5. Assembly
All the reconditioned and new parts are assembled at this stage.
6. Final Testing
Each renew unit undergoes functional inspection and a final DV testing certificate will be attached.
